Tarme AS was founded in 1991. The main field of activity is production of solid wood furniture. Additionally furniture details (glued wooden panels and planed details) are produced and sold. The product range includes chests of drawers,
wardrobes, various tables and shelves. 90% of the furniture is made of pine, the rest of birch. The company produces furniture with various finishing in required quality and in large lots at delivery time degreed upon. At the same time Tarme AS is able to produce small series for special retail shops in especially high-quality satisfying the most demanding clients. 90% of the furniture articles is marketed abroad, total export share is 75%.
Main customers are wholesalers and mail-order companies in Ireland, Germany, France, Sweden etc.
